How is this throw made?
Each Woven throw is crafted in the highlands of Puno, Peru, where the art of textile weaving has been passed down through generations. In small family workshops, skilled artisans craft each piece using pedal-powered knitting machines — a slow, deliberate process that preserves the integrity of the fibers while reducing environmental impact.

Once woven, the throws are washed with gentle, biodegradable soaps and naturally dried under the Andean sun. This traditional drying method allows the fibers to breathe and settle, enhancing the throw’s natural softness and texture without the use of industrial dryers.

Every stage — from the careful selection of premium alpaca and pima cotton fibers to the final finishing — reflects our belief in sustainable craftsmanship and respect for Peru’s rich textile heritage.
The result is a timeless throw that carries the warmth of the Andes and the touch of human hands — designed to be cherished for years to come.
