Eligibility for Returns
We gladly accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must:
- Be in its original condition, unwashed, and free of any signs of use.
- Include all original tags and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Discounted or final sale items.
- Custom or personalized orders.
How to Initiate a Return
To start your return, email us at service@thepuna.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship your item back.
Note: If the return is due to a change of mind rather than a defective product, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the safe receipt of returned items..
If you received an incorrect or damaged product, we will provide you with a prepaid return label, allowing you to return the item at no cost to you.
Refunds (If Applicable)
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (If applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@thepuna.com and we will be pleased to help you.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great pride in the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at service@thepuna.com within 7 days of delivery. Kindly include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
International Returns
At this time, we are unable to accept returns for orders shipped outside of the USA.
